中文摘要 | 本研究於 1990 年 6 月至 1994 年 12 月期間, 調查臺灣北部核能二廠排放口 附近水域之溫排水擴散情形。 核二廠排放口附近水域之最多流向為西北流,故大部分時間溫排水流往西北方或西北西方。 在 1994 年 4 月以前,因排放口方向與海岸線同為西北向,以及 NW、WNW 流常將溫排水壓 迫向沿岸,致使溫排水堆積在排放口左側沿岸,在 A 測線 1,000m 測站處 (圖 2),海面溫 差常達 6 ∼ 9 ° C。1994 年 4 月以後,排放口改為東北向,該測站之溫差顯著降低,溫 排水不再沿排放口左側沿岸堆積。溫排水垂直混合微弱,1 C °垂直等溫差線在水深 3m 以 內。至於風則僅能影響溫排水擴散之範圍,無法改變受潮流驅動之擴散中心的方向。 |
英文摘要 | The dispersion of thermal effluent in coastal water in the vicinity of the outlet of the Nuclear Ⅱ Plant in northern Taiwan was investigated during the period from June 1990 to December 1994. The thermal effluent flowed mostly towards. NW or NNW direction due to the prevalence of NW current near the outlet. Before April 1994, the northwestward discharging direction was nearly parallel to the coastline and the NW or WNW current caused the warm effluent flowing toward the coast, these led to the formation of narrow-striped warm current along the coast on left side of outlet. At the 1,000 m station of observation line A (Fig.2), the water temperature difference (△ T) of sea surface was 6 ∼ 9 ° C at most of time. Since April 1994 the mouth of discharging canal was shifted to NE direction, the △ T at a distance of 1,000 m from the discharged point has declined and the warm effluent has been no longer hugging along the shoreline, The vertical mixing was weak. The △ T=1 ° C isothermal line was within the depth of 3 m. Wind affected the dispersal range of thermal effluent but not the center flow direction driven by tidal current within the 1,000 m semi-circular distance. |
