中文摘要 | 海域生態體系之構成,錯綜複雜,是變動中維持一定之平衡狀態,因此,任何環 境因子之變動,來自於自然週期性的變化或人為因素之介入均將牽動生態體系整體之變動, 達到另一平衡狀態,因此,電廠運轉及溫排水對海域生態體系將產生不同程度之撞擊影響, 監測評估電廠運轉對海域生態影響程度,藉以達到電源開發與生態保育兼顧並重,共榮共存 之努力目標。 據於海域生態體系中,海洋生物資源的組成及豐度變化,與生物及非生物環境因子的關係非 常密切,監測評估電廠溫排水對漁業資源的影響,長期、定期性之環境組成變動幅度及趨勢 的調查確有其必要性,配合魚類個體生化生理等生物指標族群組成以至群聚結構,全盤性之 剖析,將可獲得更明確的結論。本文擬就此諸一說明。 |
英文摘要 | A coastal ecosystem is constituted of biotic communities, which are inseparably interrelated and intimately influenced by abiotic environment. The equilibrium state of this dynamic ecosystem is constantly maintained. However, any change in environment constituents will inevitably cause ecosystem fluctuation and a new equilibrium state will eventually be reached. Accordingly, Power Plant thermal effluent would have impact on the coastal eocsytem to a varying extent, thus, monitoring and evaluation of the goal of energy development and enviromental protection and conservation at the same time. The composition and abundance of marine orgainisms in the coastal ecosytem, influenced by biotic and abiotic environmental factors, is constantly fluctuatin in nature. A long term and periodic monitoring of the environmental changes and analysis of bioligical indicators at individual, population and community levels is all necessary to conclusively elucidate the actual impacts of thermal effluent on fishery resources. The methodologies on environmental impact evaluation are further described. |
