中文摘要 | 本文旨在以Q方法探討組織成員價值觀之類型。隨著團隊工作觀念的愈形重要,一 個團隊工作想要成功,成員間的價值觀有很大的影響力。過去在團隊工作研究中有關價值觀 方面的研究較少, 本研究以臺灣資訊中小企業的組織成員價值觀為研究個案,採取 Q 技術 來探討小型工作團隊成員的價值觀的類型。 取樣資訊公司工作團隊 14 人,採用 Q 因素分 析,得到下列幾種類型:第一類型的員工是邏輯程序型,第二類型的員工是社交型,第三類 型的員工是追根究底型。第四類型的員工是現世生活型,第五類型的員工是鄉村家庭型。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to find the types of members' values classified by Q method. The concept of teamwork is getting more and more important. A successful teamwork members' values have great influence on the team. There were a few researches working on the subject in the past. The information-related industry in Taiwan is playing an important role in the future, and most business in Taiwan are small business. So, this research attempts to study the topic of members' values in small information business in Taiwan. A total of 14 persons who were selected from small information business were asked to Q-sort 72 statements and interviewed to give reasons why they chose specific statements as most agreed and least agreed. Although the study did have some limitations, five types of values were generated: they were Logical Process、Social、 Undertstanding、 real-life、and country-home. Finally, implications for both pragmatic and academic are alos suggested. |
