中文摘要 | 輕質骨材混凝土為質輕且隔熱性佳之材料,本文利用不同之天然砂含量及組成成 份互異之細骨材製作輕質骨材混凝土,探討變化砂率及細骨材中二氧化矽含量對輕質骨材混 凝土抗壓強度及熱傳導性等之影響。試驗結果顯示: ぇ全天然砂輕質骨材混凝土之砂率增加時,其單位重、抗壓強度及熱傳導係數均隨之增大。 え改變細骨材中二氧化矽之含量,將影響輕質骨材混凝土之熱傳導性,即 SiO2 含量低,混 凝土之熱傳導係數愈小。 ぉ使用底灰於輕質骨材混凝土中,可降低其熱傳導係數並有利於其晚期強度。 |
英文摘要 | Light weight aggregate concrete (LAC) has the characteristics of light weight and good thermal insulation. In this paper the LAC were made with various natural sand contents and the fine aggregates of different composition to investigate the influences of sand ratio and the silicon dioxide content of fine aggregate on the compressive strength and thermal insulation of LAC. The test results show: 1.For full natural sand light-weight aggregate concrete, when the sand ratio increases, the unit weight, compressive strength, and thermal insulation of LAC also increase. 2.The silicon dioxide contents of fine aggregate have effects on the thermal insulation of LAC, the lower the content of silicon dioxide, the smaller the thermal conductivity. 3.Use bottom ash as aggregate in LAC can increase the long term strength and decrease the thermal conductivity. |
