中文摘要 | 本試驗旨在探討飼糧熱能蛋白比對0至八週齡臺灣土雞肝臟脂質合成酵素活性及 血液性狀之影響。 試驗區分為0至四(試驗一)與五至八(試驗二)週齡二期,採 5 (飼 量處理) X 2 (性別)複因子試驗。 試驗飼糧以三種不同熱能蛋白比,依三種代謝能含量 固定及三種粗蛋白質含量固定, 調配成五種飼糧處理; 0至四週試驗飼糧之代謝能( kcal/kg ) - 粗蛋白質( % )含量與熱能蛋白比依序為: 2645- 23, 115; 3000-26.1, 115;3000-23,130;3000-20.7,145;3335-23,145。 五至八週依序為:2800 - 20,140 ;3100 - 22.1,140;3100 - 20, 155, 3100- 18.2,170;3400 -20,170 。 結果顯示: 無論在四或八週齡, 臺灣土雞肝臟 NADP - 蘋果酸去氫�t( NADP-malate dehydrogenase, E. C.1.1.1.40.: MDH )、ATP- 檸檬酸分解�t( ATP-citrate cleavage enzyme, E.C. 4.1.3.8.;CCE )及脂肪酸合成�t( fatty acid synthetase; FAS )活性 均無顯著性別差異; 血漿總膽固醇含量及腹脂佔活體重百分比, 則均以母土雞顯著( P<0.05 )高於公土雞。 固定代謝能、提高粗蛋白質含量以縮小飼糧熱能蛋白比,顯著降低( P<0.05 )四、八週齡臺 灣土雞肝臟 MDH 活性及四週齡血漿白蛋白、八週齡血漿總膽固醇量。 固定粗蛋白質、降 低代謝能以減低飼糧熱能蛋白比, 顯著降低( P<0.05 )八週齡臺灣土雞肝臟 MDH 活性及 腹脂佔活體重百分比。惟增加飼糧脂肪含量以提高代謝能,加大飼糧熱能蛋白比,反而顯著 降低四週齡臺灣土雞肝臟 CCE、八週齡 MDH 活性, 顯著增加八週齡臺灣土雞腹脂佔活體重 百分比。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of dietar y calorie-to-protein (C/P) ratio on hepatic lipogenic enzyme activities and blood characteristics of Taiwan country chicken during 0 to 8 weeks of age. Experiment was conducted during ages from 0 to 4 (Exp. 1) and 5 to 8 (Exp. 2) weeks, respectively with 5 (diet) by 2 (sex) factorial. The chicken were fed one of the five experimential diets which contain metabolizable energy (ME, kcal/kg)-crude protein(CP, %) of 2645-23, 3000-26.1, 3000-23, 3000-20.7, 3335-23 (Exp.1) or 2800-20, 3100-22.1, 3100-20, 3100-18.2, 3400-20(Exp. 2), respectively. The results indicated that the gender has no effect on the activities of hepatic NADP-malate dehydrogenase (MDH), ATP-citrate cleavage enzyme (CCE), fatty acid synthetase (FAS) at 4 or 8 weeks of age. Females had higher (P<0.05) plasma total cholesterol level and percentage of abdominal fat as of the live weight than males at 4 or 8 weeks of age. When ME level was fixed and the dietary CP level increased to reduce C/P ratio, the activity of MDH at the age of 4 or 8 weeks, plasma albumin level at 4 week-old and plasma total cholesterol level at 8 week-old were significantly (P<0.05) decreased. When CP level was fixed, reducing the dietary ME level to lower the C/P ratio significantly (P<0.05) reduced the activity of MDH, percentage of abdominal fat as of the live weight at the age of 8 weeks. Increasing the dietary ME level to increase C/P ratio by added dietary lipid significantly (P<0.05)decreased the activity of CCE at 4 weeks of age and the activity of MDH at 8 weeks of age but increased the percentage of abdominal fat as of the live weight at the age of 8 weeks. |
