中文摘要 | 本試驗之目的在探討日糧中不同熱能蛋白比對台灣土雞生長性能及肝 臟性狀之影響。供試雞隻係選用中興大學畜牧系育成之BXDL2品系台灣土雞。 試驗分四期 (0-4,5-8,9-12及13-16週齡)分別進行試驗。每個試驗期別均採5(飼 糧處理)X2(性別)複因子設計,每處理2重複,以每欄為一重複之試驗單位,含 12-16隻雞,共計20欄,800隻,公母各半。飼料及飲水任食。各試驗期間均以 三種不同熱能蛋白比(C/P ratio),依三種蛋白質含量固定及三種熱能含量固定調配 成5種試驗日糧。試驗結果顯示,於0-4,5-8,9-12及I3~16週齡四期間,各處理 組之體增重,公土雞均優於母土雞,且呈顯著性差異 (P<0.05),且試驗各期間, 當蛋白質含量固定,提高日糧中熱能蛋白比(C/P ratio)均可改善雞隻體增重及飼料 利用效率,尤以於9-12及13-16週齡間呈顯著差異(P<0.05);但當日糧熱能含量固 定時,C/P ratio對雞隻體增重及飼料利用效率則無顯著影響。適當的熱能蛋白比, 可使雞隻具有較佳體增重及飼科利用效率,而當日糧中 C/P ratio相同時,均以 日糧中蛋白質及熱能含量較高之E、B組優於含量較低之D、A組,於本試驗各 期別間,雞隻之生長性能均以飼糧中含高蛋白高熱能之E組較佳。試驗雞隻之肝 臟重,於4、8、12週齡時,公土雞均顯著重於母土雞 (P<0.05);至於肝重佔體重 之百分率.於12及16週齡時,母土雞顯著大於公土雞(P<0.05)。但在試驗各期 別間,肝臟重均不受飼糧處理之影響。肝臟中總脂質及三酸甘油脂之含量,於4、 8、12週齡時,均不受性別及飼糧處理之影響,而於16週齡時母土雞顯著高於公 土雞(P<0.05)。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this experiment was to investigate different caloric/protein (C/P) ratios on the growthand the development of abdominal adipose tissue of Taiwan country chickens. Chickens of B X DL2 strainwere bred by the Department of Animal Science of NCHU. Experiments were carried out at the differentages of 0-4, 5-8, 9-12 and 12-16 weeks. Five(dietary treatment) by two (sex) factorial design were used for the analysis of data. Each treatment had repeats, one pen was a experiment unit of arepeat, having 12-16 chickens counted. Totally 20 pens, and 800 chickens, 50 male and 50 femaledetermaured by sexing were used. Feed and water were given ad libitum. There were three different C/Pratios in each stage. Five different rations were made according to different level protein contents and caloric contents. The results showed that the male chickens gained much more weight than the female in all fourstages. When protein level was fixed, decreasing dietary C/P ratio could promote body weight gain andfeed efficiency for all stages. Especially, these performances appeared a significant difference(p< 0.05) between the ages of 9-12 weeks. When caloric level was fixed, C/P ratio had no significant effect on thebody weight gain and feed efficiency. Chickens have better body weight gain and feed efficiency when C/Pratio were appropriate. While C/P ratio was the same, E and B groups with higher content of caloric andprotein were superior to D, Agroup having lower content of caloric and protein. In each stage, E groupusing feeding with higher C/P ratio shows the best growth performance. At the ages of 4 18 and 12 weeks old, male chicken liver weight were higher than females significantly (p < 0.05). On the other hand, females have higher liver weight/body weight than the males(p< 0.05) at 12 and 16 weeks old. The liver weight was not affected by dietary treatment in all stages. Totallipids and triglyceride contents of liver, they were not affected by sexes and dietary treatments during 4,8,12 weeks old. females were higher than the inales at 16 weeks old. |
