中文摘要 | 本文之主要目的在於研究花蓮縣土石流發生處降雨之特性,選定之區域為發生過 土石流災害的花蓮縣秀林鄉銅門及榕樹兩地。本研究在土石流與降雨方面的研究,主要是推 求花蓮縣土石流發生時,最大五分鐘降雨強度( I �ㄐ^及最大十分鐘降雨強度( I �煄^。 其理由是因為在日本文獻中,降雨與土石流發生時刻間關係為十分鐘降雨強度的峰伂發生時 刻與土石流發生時刻最吻合。本研究於銅門及榕樹土石流發生處,各設一雨量站,收集其每 隔五分鐘記錄一次之降雨資料,完成了銅門及榕樹兩處 ...... 及 I ��之迴 歸分析式。 推求民國 79 年土石流發生時 I �ㄓ� I �牏孝痕G,其中在銅門之 I �ㄕ雂眲� 117.3 mm /hr ( R �� = 0.6878 ), 在榕樹之 I �ㄕ雂眲� 96.3 mm /hr ( R �� = 0.6519 ), 在銅之 I �犌雂眲� 103.25 mm /hr ( R �� = 0.7766 ),而榕樹之 I �犌� 少為 97.3 mm /hr ( R �� = 0.7205 )。 |
英文摘要 | This study aims mainly at characteristics of the rainfall at the place s in Hua-Lien, where debris flows have ever occurred. Two sites at Toun-Men and Zoun-Shuh in Shou-Lin, Hua-Lien were selected. In regards to the study on debris flow and rainfall, the maximun five minute intensity (I �� ) and the maximun ten minute intensity (I �� ) of the rainfalls which caused the debris flows in hua-Lein were examined. Reasons for this are that the two intensities were observea to be highly related to the occurrence time of the debris flows in Japan. In this study, two automatic rainfall observation stations were installed respectively at Toun-Men and z/oun-Shuh. the rainfall data of the two stations were automatically recorded every five minutes. By using these data, after regression analysis, equations for evaluation I ��,I ��,......, and I �� were established. By using the equations, when debris flow occurred in Hua-Lien, ...... I �ζnd I �煂ere observed to be at least 117.3 mm /hr ( R square = 0.6 878) and 103.25 mm /hr ( R square = 0.7766 ) respectively at Toun-Men. And I �� and I �� for Zoun-Shuh were observed to be at least 96.3 mm /hr (R square = 0. 6519) and 97.3 mm /hr ( R square = 0.7205 ) respectively. |
