英文摘要 | The hazard mitigation of debris flows is presently one of the most important issues on natural disaster prevention. The government and the related organizations must make efforts to reach three goals as soon as possible one the issue. The first goal is to improve the construction design concept and to establish the design guide of the countermeasure structure of debris flows. The second goal is to improve the forecast and alarm system of debris flows using the 21 century scientific technology including the applications and improvement of weather forecast techniques, GIS, GPS, remote sensing, monitoring equipment and data transmission system, etc. The third goal is to educate the general public to participate the disaster mitigation programs of debris flows. |
