中文摘要 | 本研究利用沖壓模具之量測資料開發出一套建立有限元素分析網格系統之軟體。在開發過程中,將量測資料透過增刪點、編為節點、綴合曲線、綴合網格等之步驟,建立合適之網格,以供分析軟體使用。而在網格的形狀控制上,也可因應要求,輸入參數而控制網格形狀之角度。 本軟體之實用性亦經實例驗證,可有效的取代傳統 CAD 軟體建立的網格系統。 此外,因此法只須修改石膏模,即可再重複量測、模擬分析,以得到最佳設計狀況,故在所需的時間及人力上都較現有方法經濟,並且可節省絕大部份的製模修模時間。 |
英文摘要 | A computer software which can generate 3-D finite element shell mesh with the use of the measured data of stamping dies was developed in the present study. The measured data was first reduced by deleting some unnecessary points and was then re-arranged based on curve-fitting. In order to construct a proper mesh system from the re-arranged data, the mesh angle and the aspect ratio were examined and adjusted to an acceptable range by the software. The finite element simulation result obtained from the mesh generated by the developed software was compared with that obtained from the mesh constructed by a CAD software. The good agreement between both results validates the software developed in the present study. |
