英文摘要 | Swirling flow motions within a cylindrical container confined by two nearly osculating disks are investigated in the present study. By virtue of some simple physical arguments, a system of differential equations in which the unknows can be independently solved are resulted. The flow motions induced by the single disk are studied at first and the two-rotating-disks problem is then treated. The velocity distributions are completely determined by the ratio (s) of two quantities, the angular speeds of the two rotating disks. When -1 ≦ s ≦ -0.8, two reflection points might exhibit in the radial velocity distribution and there is only are such point in the axial velocity distribution. |
