中文摘要 | 本試驗為探討飼糧含磷量及添加植酸�t對於肥育豬生長性能、骨骼性狀及鈣、磷 蓄積與排泄之影響。飼養試驗以 60 頭三品種雜交肉豬,平均體重 50 公斤,依性別逢機分 飼 4 處理飼糧 (1) 正對照組飼糧 (添加無機磷 ) 含磷量為 0.5%; (2) 負對照組 (不添加 無機磷 ) 含磷量為 0.32%; (3) 負對照組添加植酸�t 500 單位 / 公斤; (4) 負對照組添 加植酸�t 750 單位 / 公斤。飼糧中鈣含量均為 0.6%,飼養至平均體重約 100 公斤,以測 定豬隻生長性能。生長試驗結束後抽血並屠宰,取脛、腓骨以測定骨骼性狀。在代謝試驗則 選取體重相近 (約 60 公斤 ) 之閹公豬 24 頭,以測定豬隻之鈣、磷蓄積與排泄量。 試驗 結果顯示在豬隻日增重、 飼料 / 增重、脛骨乾重、腓骨乾重、脛骨灰分含量、脛骨灰分中 鈣、磷含量及脛、腓骨破裂強度均以負對照組最低 (P<0.05), 飼糧添加植酸�t可改進豬之 生長與飼料 / 增重, 並可提高脛骨及腓骨之重量、灰分、灰分中鈣、磷含量及骨骼破裂強 度 (P<0.05),且豬之生長性能及骨骼性狀與正對照組無顯著差異。 在豬排泄磷量以正對照 組最高 (P<0.05), 添加植酸�t較兩組對照組可提高 (P<0.05) 磷蓄積率、磷表相消化率、 鈣蓄積量、鈣蓄積率及鈣表相消化率及血清無機磷含量。添加植酸�t亦可降低 (P<0.05) 糞 及尿之含鈣量及總鈣排泄量、血清鈣含量及鹼性磷酸�t活性。尿鈣及總鈣排泄量以添加植酸 �t 750 單位 / 公斤組最低外 (P<0.05), 其餘測定項目在添加植酸�t之二組間並無差異。 結果顯示肥育豬飼糧不添加無機磷而添加植酸�t 500~750 單位可使豬正常生長, 並有效降 低鈣、磷排泄量。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this experiment was to study the efects of phytase and phosphate supplementation on growth performance, bone mechanical properties characteristics and calcium, phosphorus excretion and retention of finishing pigs. In the feeding trial, 60 three-cross bred pigs were allotted to four treatments: (1) Positive control: diet added inorganic phosphorus, containging 0.5% phosphorus; (2) Negative control: diet containing 0.32% phosphorus without inorganic phosphate supplementation; (3) Negative control diet added phytase at 500 units/kg; (4) Negative control diet added phytase at 750 units/kg. All diets contained 0.6% calcium. At the end of feeding trial, pigs were killed at 100 kg body weight for measuring the bone mechanical properties. In the metabolism trial, 24 barrows at 60 kg live weight were used for measuring excretion and retention of phosphorus and calcium. The results showed that hte daily gain, feed/gain, tibia weight, fibula dry weight, tibia ash, calcium and phosphorus in tibia ash and tibiotarsus breaking strength were inferior (P<0.05) in the negative control group. Phytase improved growth performance and increased tibiotarus weight, ash, calcium nd phosphorus in ash and breaking strength (P<0.05). Besides,the growth performance and bone mechanical properties were not significantly different (P>0.05) from those of the positive control. The phosphorus excretion of pigs was highest (P<0.05) in the positive control group. Adding phytase to negative control diet significantly improved (P<0.05) the phosphorus retention and apparent digestion of phosphorus and calcium and increased serum inorganic phosphorus. The calcium excretion, serum calcium and alkaline phosphatase activity decreased (P<0.05) as a result of adding phytase. The urine calcium and total calcium excretion were the lowest (P<0.05) by the supplementation of phytase 750 units/kg. These results suggested that 500~750 units/kg phytase could be used to replace inorganic phosphorus in corn-soybean meal diet for finishing pig to reduce calcium and phosphorus excretion without any adverse effect on growth performance and bone mechanical properties. |
