英文摘要 | The present study was carried out to examine the effect of trace vanadium additions (20 and 110 ppm, respectively) on recrystallization behavior, subsequent grain growth and associated texture development of cold-rolled and annealed 0.3 ℅ Si electrical steels. The results showed that V(CN) precipitated during hot rolling and coiling retarded the annihilation and rearrangement of dislocations and, as a result, postponed the recovery. Upon recrystallization, the growth of recrystallized grains was restrained restrained by V(CN) particles, which resulted in a higher temperature of fully recrystallization. It was also found that the nucleation and growth of grains with goss orientation were inhibited. Additionally, abnormal grain growth was initiated when the annealing temperature was raised to a certain value at which V(CN) was dissolved partially. A Strong <111>/ND texture was developed associated with the progress of abnormal grains growth. |
