中文摘要 | 利用光氧與乙基二苯胺(4,4'-ethylene dianiline,簡稱EDAN)合成出新的二異 氰酸酯 (雙苯基乙烷二異氰酸酯,4,4-diphenyethane diisocyanate,簡稱 P2PDI) 兩種, 以此種二異氰酸酯與三種聚醚雙醇合成出一系列的嵌段式聚胺基甲酸酯 (MDI 與 P2PDI 兩 種 ), 然後與傳統的雙苯基甲烷二異氰酸酯 (4, 4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate,MDI) 所合成之聚胺酯,作結構與物性方面的比較與探討。由紅外線的光譜分析中可知:MDI 系列 之 PTMG(1000) -PU 及 P2PDI 系列之 PPG(1000)-PU 和 PEG(1000)-PU 似乎具有較佳的相 分離,而由抗張拉力試驗中得知 P2PDI 系列的聚胺酯是種較 MDI 系列者為軟的材料;同樣 地,由 DSC 分析顯示 P2PDI 系列之硬鏈節的 Tgh 值比 MDI 系列者要低 (接近室溫 28 ℃ ),且其吸水率稍大於 MDI 系列者。 至於材料的熱穩定性,則須視環境而定。 在空氣中, P2PDI 系列之 PTMG(1000)-PU 和 PPG(1000)-PU 是較易發生裂解現象的材料。 |
英文摘要 | New diisocyanate (4, 4'-diphenylethane diisocyanate, P2PDI) was synthesized from phosgene and ethylene dianiline (EDAN). A series of segmented polyurethanes were then prepard using P2PDI and three types of polyether diol (polyethylene glycol (PEG), polypropylene glycol (PPG), and polytetramethylene ether glycol (PTMG) and their structure-property relationships were investigated and compared with conventional polyurethanes made from 4, 4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI). Infrared spectroscopy analysis revealed that PTMG (1000)-PU in MDI series and PPG (1000)-PU in P2PDI series seemed to have better phase separation. Tensile properties tests suggested that polyurethanes made from P2PDI were softer than those prepared from MDI, which was confirmed by the lower hard-segment Tg's (Tgh) of P2PDI polyurethanes than those of MDI polyurethanes. Water absorption tests showed high water contents in P2PDI polyurethane. Thermal stability analysis showed that PTMG (1000)-PU and PPG (1000)-PU in P2PDI series had lower degradation temperatures in air. |
