中文摘要 | 本研究以粒狀活性碳及三種活性碳纖維對液相有機物丙酮、異丙醇、四氫砆喃及 酚做吸附試驗, 先將活性碳加熱處理, 除去雜質, 取得相同吸附條件, 再對各吸附質 (400mg/1) 分為靜態及擺動狀態,進行液體平衡吸附試驗,發現擺動之吸附, 提前 1 小時 達到平衡狀態; 而在不同溫度狀況下吸附試驗時,溫度較高,效果較差; 另用不同濃度之吸 附質, 在等溫下,驗證吸附模式,發現較符合 Langmuir model, 而 Freundlich model 則 較差些; 此外,將不同吸附質混合在一起,探討多成份之吸附情形,發現不同成份間并無排 擠現象, 亦即多成份被吸附總量與單成份被吸附量類似, 最後進行貫穿吸附實驗,并 150 ° C 熱空氣進行脫附,反覆進行三次, 發現活性碳纖維之突破曲線較晚,且再生後之二次 吸附作用仍佳,經此綜合比較,發現比表面積較高的活性碳纖維之性能較優於粒狀活性碳。 |
英文摘要 | This study is investigte liquid-phase adsorption of acetone,isopropyl acohol, tetrahydrofuran and phenol by Granular activated carbon (GAC) and Activated carbon fiber(ACE). Experiments were conducted both in batch and continuous processes to look into the adsorption capabilities of GAC and ACF under various condition. An increase in the BET surface area of adsorbent were found to significantly increase the amount of adsorption. The results of batch experiments also show that the Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms describe the adsorption process equally well. Continuous adsorption experiments revealed that the ACF adsorption of these organic compounds is better than the GAC adsorption. |
