中文摘要 | 由於現行瀝青規範不足以預測瀝青膠泥長期老化後之性質變化,且亦缺乏直接量測瀝青於長期老化或低溫等較大黏度時之質流性質的試驗。因此,本研究以提高TFOT、RTFOT 之試驗溫度或延長試驗時間的方法來模擬舖面長期的老化。另外採用CSL-500型質流儀量測低溫與長期老化後之試體的動態質流參數,以充分提供瀝青應力-應變效應與時間、溫度相關之質流性質。 試驗結果顯示,LTD 法能模擬臺灣南部地區使用針入度 85/100瀝青之老化6.5∼10年間的舖面。瀝青的黏度、鬆弛時間(t)、回彈作用、複合剪力模數 (G*)、黏性模數(G")、及損失順變(J")均隨老化作用的增加而漸大;瀝青的C值、FS、TS 及正割損失(tan δ)則隨老化作用而漸小。就舖面成效而言,直餾瀝青最不易有疲勞的問題。於相問黏度等級下,比較摻配瀝青與改質瀝青可知,前者較具抵抗車轍的能力,後者則較不易產生疲勞裂縫與溫度裂縫。 |
英文摘要 | Current specifications of asphalt are not enough to predict the long term property changes of asphalt binders. Also, the current asphalt specifications do not provide tests for direct measurement of rheological parameters of asphalt binders at low temperature. The TFOT and RTFOT at higher temperatures or a longer period of testing time was used to simulate the long term aging process in the pavements. The CSL-500 Rheometer was used in this study to measure the dynamic rheological parameters of the test asphalt at low temperature or after long term aging. Sufficient information about the stress-strain effects of asphalt and the time-temperature dependent rheogical properties were obtained from the rheological tests. The test results indicated that the LTD method could be used to simulate the asphalt hardening effects of 6.5 to 10 years in the southern Taiwan. The viscosity, Relaxation time (t ), recovery, complex shear modulus (G*), viscous modulus (G") and loss compliance (J") increased with the increase of the asphalt aging process. More severe aging was associated with lower temperature susceptibility, C-value, FS, TS and loss tangent (tanδ) of asphalts. On the basis of pavement performance, the distilled asphalt was likely to have less fatigue cracking problem. On the same viscosity graded asphalts, the mixed asphalt was better to resist rutting than the modified asphalt, but the former was likely to produce fatigue cracking and thermal cracking than the latter. |
