| 英文摘要 | Abstract - This paper deals with simulation of glutathione fed-batch fermentation using the neural network technique. With the objective of controlling substrate concentration, an on-line estimation algorithm employing a sliding winsow learning scheme was used to predict the substrate concentration so that the substrate could be controlled on line at the set point. The simulation demonstrated that the on-line control strategy was feasible. feasible. |
