中文摘要 | 隨著國民所得的提高,國內旅遊服務業亦呈蓬勃法展。但是,在產業成 長的過程中,旅遊服務品質並未隨之同步提升。以國內的五星級飯店為例,顧客 對於服務品質的爭議仍然時有所聞,而此一現象也正顯示出,國內飯店在經營管 理提升上的迫切性。 本研究的目的,乃是從國內五星級飯店之經濟管理的比較中,歸納出理想的 經營管理類型。經由Q方法整理出59個Q陳述句,再針對30位任職於五星級飯店的 管理人員進行訪談整理,以及對Q陳述進行排序。研究結果歸納出四種理想的飯 店經營型態:消費者導向型、口碑導向型、國際化導向型、以及本土化導向型。 |
英文摘要 | In pace with Taiwan's rapidly developing economy, income has increased, the standard of living has risen, and tourism has bloomed. Althought the Taiwan five-plum blossom hotels claim to be equivalent to five star hotels, disenchanted voice are heard from all quarters. It is quite apparent that new rules and regulations need to be set to upgrade the industry. The specific objectives of this research are to find the ideal types of five-star hotels in Taiwan and to compared differences among them. A total of 59 structural Q statements are developed and Q sorted by 30 managers of five-star hotels in Taiwan. The statistical results indicate that there are four types of ideal five-star hotels: (1)consumer-directed hotel type, (2)reputation-directed hotel type, (3)foreign-oriented hotel type, and (4)local-oriented hotel type. |
