中文摘要 | 甲基安非他命為目前國內主要的濫用藥物,面臨龐大數量尿液檢體時,藥物測試 實驗室發展出一套快速、方便、準確的確認分析方法已成為當務之急。 本文主要探討尿液中安非他命及甲基安非他命之確認方法。送驗至實驗室中之尿液經螢光偏 極免疫分析法(FPIA)初步篩檢呈陽性反應之檢體,以SPEC MP1固相萃取管萃 取,HFBA衍生後,進行GC╱MS之確認分析,其回收率、再現性及線性相關係數等結 果均良好,可作為藥物測試實驗室大量尿液檢體確認之用。 |
英文摘要 | Analysis and interpretation of amphetamines results is a challenging task made difficult by a number of factors. Thus, a urine assay for amphetamine and methamphetamine has been developed for confirmation. A simplified and sysematic procedure for detection of amphetamine/methamphetamine is presented. Upon results of the immunoassay screening test, (FPIA), a random batch of 12 real-case urine samples, which were forwarded from law enforcement agencies, were extracted by SPEC MP1 solidphase columns prior to their Heptafluoro-butyric anhydride(HFBA)derivatives. Within the batch, a positive cut-off control is adapted in the extraction process. The derivatized extracts were subsequently analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry in the electron impact mode. Confirmation of the analytes was accomplished by meeting all the relevant qualitative and quantitative parameters. The qualitative ion abundance ratios were required to be within 20% of those of the standard for acceptance. Data are collected and analyzed statistically for evaluation of the method, procedure and materials applied. |
