中文摘要 | 電廠迴轉機發生特殊振動問題時,往往因供電需求關係無法做詳細的分析,或無 充份之轉子動態資料提供原因分析之用,目前協四機即有九號軸承振動會變大的不穩定現象 ,值得用電腦分析此類振動的可能原因。本階段研究主要成果是成功的發展了視窗版轉子動 力分析程式,功能包括一般結構動力分析,轉子動力分析,軸承特性計算等。其運動方程式 在旋轉座標系統導出,再轉換至慣性座標系統包含所有重要效應,任何轉子部件都可由同一 方式導出且用少數有限元即可描述複雜轉子問題。本次成功的建立了協四機轉子模型,分析 其靜力負荷,自然頻率,不平衡反應,綜合分析結果與歷年在現場量測協四機系統的臨界速 度相當吻合。 |
英文摘要 | A rotordynamics modeling and analysis software, AESOP for Windows, has been developed by the authors on the IBM PCs. The program is based ongeneral formulation on the rotating coordinate system that couples structural dynamics, rotordynamics, bearing properties and aerodynamics. Its general formulation is ideal for future machinery fault modeling and vibration diagnostics applications. One unique feature of the program is the speed that surpasses all similar programs. To verify the accuracy of the program, in addition to comparing with published solutions, a steam turbine rotor and a vertical pump have been tested during outage. The models using AESOP for Windows show excellent agreement with the test results. The unblance response of the turbine model has also been compared with the measured shaft motion during startup. The prediction from the analytical model is within 5 ℅ of the measured responses. |
