中文摘要 | 當轉子、軸承、基座的勁度比是屬於同一個量級,此時基座效應將是一個影響轉子系統振動的重要因素。蒸氣渦輪發電機組之基座,形狀與結構相當複雜,不易以有限元素模擬。本文利用虛擬模態振形法,將軸承位置之少數實測頻率響應函數轉換成空間模型的質量、阻尼、勁度矩陣,與現有轉子分析程式結合,能夠達到涵蓋較大頻率範圍及涵蓋多數模態之基座效應。本文以MODIAROT轉子系統為例,驗證此方法的可行性與精準性。 |
英文摘要 | When the stiffness of the foundation is of the same order of magnitude of the rotor bearing system, the effect of the foundation can not be neglected in the vibration analysis of the complete system. The shapes and structures of the foundation of the steam-turbine generator are very complicated so that accurate modeling of the foundation by finite element method is not feasible. This research work uses pseudo mode shape method to establish the equivalent mass, damping, and stiffness matrices of the foundation from a few frequency response functions measured at the bearing locations. The resultant matrices can be easily incorporated into the existing rotordynamic programs to cover much wider frequency ranges and more modes of the foundation effects. Verification of this method is presented by using the MODIAROT rotor test rig as example. |
