英文摘要 | This paper discusses the progress made on improving the quality of clinical teaching in a 5-year junior nursing college. Implementation of "Management by Objective" (MBO) has been the administrative strategy. A conceptual model which depicts a circular interrelatedness between the four major variables in improving clinical teaching was developed. The four major variables include: 1) the clinical teaching plan; 2) the nursing instructors; 3) the students and 4) the setting of clinical practice. |
