中文摘要 | 本丈主要係以耐鹼之分散性染料對細丹尼聚酯織物行鹼性染色,並與傳統之酸性浴染法作一比較,其中乃改變不同鹼劑種類與濃度及染色溫度與時間,以探討被染物之染色性及物性。由實驗結果發現,當染浴pH值於9-11時,織物之染色效果佳,且精練工程及還原洗皆可予以省略。因此,細丹尼聚酯織物之鹼性染色,不僅可使精練、染色由一浴法達成,同時將使整個染色工程更具合理化。 |
英文摘要 | The alkaline dyeing of fine denier polyester fabrics using alkali-resistant disperse dyes in dyeing bath had been investigated, and compared this process with traditional dyeing system. The effects of alkaline agents, concentrations, dyeing temperatures and time on dyeability and physical properties were studied. From the results found, Using alkaline agents in dyeing bath, and under the control of pH value about 9~11, the fabrics would obtain good dyeing behaviour, and the redution cleaning and scouring process can be abbreviated. So that, the alkaline dyeing method for fine denier polyester fabric was not only scouring and dyeing could be completed in one bath, but also made dyeing process become more reasonableness. |
