中文摘要 | 本研究主要為合成十支分散染料,重氮鹽包括二個或三個取代基的芳香族一級胺鹽,偶合成份為雙取代烴基苯胺,兩者在冰浴0~5℃下,酸性浴中行偶合反應,合成得單偶氮染料。所合成之染料皆精製後,經FTIR、UV、與IH-NMR的分析,進而確認各支染料的結構。合成得紅色系列的偶氮染料。將合成之染料探討其在鹼性下對聚酯超細纖維織物染色之可行性。從實驗結果得知,染色布之△E(Color yield)值隨染浴pH值之增加而減少,但均染性皆不錯。而染料在較強鹼性下(pH=11.5)其移染性較佳。另外,由UV及FTIR之分析知,在所用之分散染料中染料3、6及9因結構上含有氰基故其耐鹼性較差。而在水洗堅牢度方面亦以前述三支染料在較強鹼性下染色時之染色布差。至於耐昇華堅牢度大致上皆還可以。 |
英文摘要 | The synthesis of ten disperse dyes obtained by diazotization of di- or tri-substituent aniline and coupling with dialkyl substitution aniline is described. The mixed reactant was cooled in acidcondition. The purified azo dyes with red hue was identified withFTIR, UV, and 1H-NMR. In addition, discussing the possibility ofalkali-dyeing for polyester microfiber fabrics with ten synthesisof disperse dyes. From the results, we know that the treated fabrics'A E (color yield) will decrease with the increase of pH value, butthe levelling property were good. The dyes migration will betterfollowing the increase of pH value in pH=11.5 of dyeing bath. Onthe other hand, the third, the sixth and the ninth dyes resulting from its structure containing the cyano group have worse alkali resist by L'V and FTIR analysis. The washing fastness of treated fabricswhich dyeing with the third, the sixth and the ninth dyes were worse,on the higher pH value, but the sublimation fastness of treatedfabrics were good. |
