中文摘要 | 本試驗旨在探討不同能量飼糧對白肉雞屠體性狀之影響。雞隻從出生飼養至16週 齡, 依性別將雞隻分為五種 ME 飼糧( HH:3520、MH:3360、MM:3200、ML:3040、LL: 2880 kcal/kg )處理,及三期等 CP ( 0-4 週 23 %,5-8 週 19 %, 9-16 週 18 %) 飼糧,每組三重複,每欄面積 1.5 × 1.8m �斑{機分配 23 隻,計 30 欄 690 隻,公母各 半, 飼養於地板禽舍及自然環境溫度; 雞隻每週從各組逢機選取 3 隻,亦即每週屠宰 30 隻,經 24 小時禁食後屠宰,記錄屠體、羽毛、血液、內臟及腹脂重,屠體分切為頭、頸、 翅、胸、胸肉、腿、腳及背,並記錄其重量,進行變異分析檢定比較處理間差異。 結果顯示, 白肉雞公雞在不同週齡之活體重與屠體重均顯著大於母雞,而高於 NRC 標準以 上之 HH、MH 與 MM 處理組顯著大於低能量之 ML 與 LL 組。公雞之隻日採食量在 3、5、6 、7、8 週齡時顯著至極顯著高於母雞,LL 處理組之採食量有顯著較高之現象,其餘各組差 異不顯著。不同週齡之各部位屠體比例方面,公雞有顯著較大比例之頭、腿及腳部,母雞則 胸、背部、腹脂及內臟比例較大。雞隻頭、頸、翅、腳、肉臟、血液及羽毛比例隨週齡增加 呈漸減趨勢,而腿部及腹脂比例則隨週齡增加呈漸增趨勢,隨週齡之增加,胸部及胸肉比例 先下降後上升;背部比例則先上升後下降。飼糧能量對不同週齡白肉雞屠體性狀之影響,主 要表現在頭、頸、胸內、腿、腳、背、腹脂及肉臟比例上。 |
英文摘要 | This study was conducted to investigate the influence of different dietary energy contents on the carcass characteristics of the broiler chickens. Birds used in this study were fed from 1st day of age to 20 weekly age. Diets with five ME contents (HH: 3520, MH: 3360, MM: 3200, ML: 3040, LL: 2880 kcal/kg) and equal CP contents in three growing stages (week 0-4, 23%; week 5-8, 19%; week 9-16, 18%) were applied during the experiment. Three replications were assigned to each treatment and 23 birds were reared on 1.5 × 1.8 m �� per floor pen on single sex. Thirty pens and 690 birds were assigned in this study. The results showed as follows: Male chickens showed significantly bigger live weight and carcass weight than those of females. Treatments HH, MH and MM showed bigger live weight and carcass weight than treatments ML and LL. The average daily feed consumed by male chickens was significantly and very significantly more than that consumed by females at 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8 weekly ages. Chickens in treatment LL consumed more feed than other treatments. As for the carcass percentage at different weekly age, male broilers showed larger head, thighs and feet than those from females. However, breast, back, abdominal fat and giblets in female broilers were significantly bigger than those in males. The percentage of head, neck, wings, feet, giblets, blood and feather showed decreasing trend during the growing stages. However the increasing trend was found in the percentage of thighs and abdominal fat. The percentage of breast and breast meat showed decreasing and progressive trend, and the percentage of back showed increasing and degressive trend during the growing stages. The results indicated that main effect of dietary energy contents on broiler carcass characteristics focuses on the percentage of head, neck, breast meat, thighs, feet, back, adbominal fat and giblets. |
