中文摘要 | 在臺灣農業教育體制中高農教育一直扮演重要的角色,惟因外界環境的變遷,高 農教育亦呈現明顯的式微,尤其很多純農校逐漸改制為農工職業學校,在此情形下,農工職 校之農業專業科目教師是否會因主客觀因素而影響其工作滿意為頗值得探討的主題。 有鑑於此,本研究以郵寄問卷探討全省 16 所農工學校農業專業科目教師工作價值觀、社會 支持、工作滿意之情形以及其間的因果關係。以平均數、百分比及迴歸分析的結果顯示,一 般而言教師雖然對工作的內在價值之認同程度高於工作的社會地位的認同,仍覺得現有授課 時間、內容和方式缺乏彈性;教師能感受周圍的人之支持,支持多來自家人親友,來自上司 的較少;教師對其工作感到滿意,尤其對責任感到最滿意,對進修最不滿意。至於多元迴歸 分析的結果則顯示,教師的工作價值觀及所獲得的社會支持在教師工作滿意中扮演重要的角 色。 因此本研究建議可在教育制度容許的範圍內給予教師在授課時間、內容和方式上較大的彈性 ;學校也應給予教師心理建設以提昇其工作價值觀,並適時更新教學設備、增加教師的進修 機會,而且行政主管也應多加注意教師的情緒反應,給予需要的支持,如此方能提昇農校教 師的工作滿意。 |
英文摘要 | In Taiwan, senior agricultural education always plays an important role in agricultural educational system. But, for the change of external environment, agricultural education was changed; especially, many agricultural schools changed their system to be agricultural & industrial vocational school. In this case, it's a worthy subject to study whether the job satisfaction of the professional subject teachers in the agricultural and industrial vocational high schools will be influenced by the subjective and objective point of view or not. By that, we mailed the questionnaires to agricultural and industrial schools' professional subject teachers to study the condition of their works values、 social supporting、job satisfaction and also the causal relationship among those factors. Using mean、 percentage and regression analysis to analyze the data. Generally speaking, although the teachers' indentification of instrinsic values of job is higher than the social status of job, they still feel that present teaching time 、 contents and ways aren't flexible; they can perceive the supporting from the people around them but they get the supporting from their family and friends more than their bosses; they feel satisfied to their job, especially their responsibility. To them, the most dissatisfaction is the advancement. The results of multiple regression analysis show that the teachers' work values and social supporting are key factors of job satisfaction. Therefore, this study suggests that in the permitted condition of the educational system, the teachers should be allowed to have more flexibility in the arrangement of teaching time、 contents and ways. The managers of schools also should construct teachers' feeling to promote their work values, renew the teaching equipment at the right time and increase the opportunity for teachers' advancement. Otherwise, they should pay much attention to the teachers' motion reaction and give them necessary supporting, too. Thus, it can promote the agricultural school teachers' job satisfaction. |
