中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討國小教師工作價值觀、工作滿意度與任教職志的關係。本研究採 用問卷調查法,樣本為高屏地區 480 名公立國小教師。 研究工具包括「基本資料調查表」 、「工作價傎量表」、「工作滿意度量表」與「任教職志量表」四份量表。問卷調查所收集 之資料,經皮爾遜積差相關、多元逐步迴歸分析、t 考驗、變異數分析及薛費多重事後比較 等統甫方法加以分析處理後,得到公下重要發現:一、行政工作、年齡、年資與任教年級可 以預則工作價值觀;年齡、行政工作與年資可以預測工作滿意度;年齡可以預測任教職志。 二、工作價值觀與工作滿意度、任教職志有顯著相關,工作滿意度與任教職志有顯著相關。 三、女教師在整體工作價值觀方面與男教師沒有顯著差異,有在分量表「安定感」上顯著高 顧男教師。在整體工作滿意度及對分量表「學校措施」、「同儕關係」、「工作負荷」與「 受敬重」等方面的滿意度女教師全都低於男教師。在任教職志上男女教師沒有顯著差異,但 女教師在分量表「重視教學」方面顯著高於男教師。 四、年齡 41-50 歲與 51 歲以上教師 的整體工作價值觀與工作滿意度顯著高於 30 歲以下教師。31-40 歲、41-50 歲與 51 歲以 上教師整體任教職志比 30 歲以下教師高。 五、年資 5 年以內、11-20 年與 21 年以上教 師的整體工作價值觀與工作滿意度顯著高於 6-10 年教師。六、擔任主任與組長教師的整體 工作價值觀高於只擔任一般行政工作教師,而主任的整體工作價值觀也高於無行政工作的教 師。主任的工作滿意度得分顯著高於一般行政工作與無行政工作教師。七、已婚和未婚教師 的任教職志沒有顯著差異。八、擔任級任或科任及任教年級與工作價值觀、工作滿意度、任 教職志沒有顯著相關。針對上述的研究發現,本研究提出進一步討論和研究限制,最後提出 對教育上的應用及對未來研究兩方面的建議。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigated the relationships among personal background factors, school background factors, work values, job satisfaction, and commitment to teaching. 480 elementary school teacher sampled. Data obtained from the Work Value Scale, Job Satisfaction Scale, and the Professional Commitment Scale were analyzed by Pearson Product-Moment Correlation, Stepwise Multiple Regression, t-tests, ANOVAs, and Scheffe Post Hoc Multiple Comparison. 1. Administrative job, age, years in teaching, and teaching grade can be used to predict work value. Age, administrative job and years in teaching can be used to predict job satisfaction. Age can be used to predict commitment to teaching. 2. There were positive correlations among work value, job satisfaction and commitment to teaching. There were positive correlations between Job satisfaction and commitment to teaching. 2. There were positive correlations among work value, job satisfaction and commitment to teaching. There were positive correlations between Job satisfaction and commitment to teaching. 3. Female teachers had higher mena scores on sense of security than male teachers. Female teachers had higher mean scores on total job satisfaction, school system, inerpersonal relationships, work load, and respected by people than male teachers. Female teachers highly regard their teaching than male teachers. 4. Age over 41 teachers had higher level of work values and job satisfaction than those whose age under 30. Age 31 and over had higher level of commitment to teaching than those whose age under 30. 5. Those teachers whose experience in teaching under 5 years and over 11 years had higher level of work values and jobsatisfaction than teachers who had taught 6-10 years. 6. Administrators' work values and job satisfaction were higher than non-administrative job teachers. 7. there was no significant difference between married and unmarried teachers in terms of their commitment to teaching. 8. There were no significant differences between home teachers and their counterparts in terms of their work values, job satisfaction and commitment to teaching. there were no significant differences among teachers in the three groups of teaching grade in terms of their work values, job satisfaction and commitment to teaching. The limitations and the implications of this study were discussed. Possible future research studies were recommended. |
