中文摘要 | 分散控制自動搬運車系統應用〞分而治之〞的原則,將所有製造單元分割為數個 獨立且不重疊的單迴圈群,可以簡化傳統式交叉路軌的交通控制問題。本研究針對發展該系 統的兩項關鍵性問題-路徑佈置與 AGV 運行速度, 提出一套穩健的建構工具, 首先運用 0-1 整數規劃演算法,在使群間轉運頻率最少的目標下將製造單元分割為數個單迴圈群,次 而提出一分析模式,用以決定單迴圈群的路徑方向及 AGV 的運行速度,最後利用 PROMODEL 軟體進行系統建構及模擬,評估路徑佈置與操作性因素對系統績效的影響。 模擬結果顯示,分散控制自動搬運車系統可以藉由操作性因素的調整,改善單迴圈內負荷不 平衡的問題;但是單迴圈群間因轉運作業而產生的遲延現象,對於整體績效的影響最為顯著 。因此,如何在達到最少的轉運頻率(或是迴圈數)的前提下,進行單元分割是首要的課題 。本研究發展的演算模式及模擬結果分析,提高了日後設計分散控制自動搬運車系統的穩健 性,對於實務的應用應該是有所幫助。 |
英文摘要 | The distributed control automated guided vehicle systems(AGVS) applies the "divide and conquer" principle and it divides all the stations into non-overlapping, single vehicle closed loops. This layout can simplify the traffic control and eliminate the shop-locking possibility, caused by intersection track design of traditional AGVS. The objective of this paper is to develop a robust model for solving two key problems, flow path layout and AGV speed, that remains in the distributed control AGVS. First, an 0-1 integer programming model was to reorganize the AGV flow path layout into cells to minimize intercell moves. Secondly, the direction of flow path and AGV speed were determined through an analytic model. Finally, discrete event simulation models, using PROMODEL, were to test various system designs and operation parameters in the distributed control AGVS. Simulation result showed that the unbalanced workload of intercell improved by adjusting operational factors(e.g. AGV speed). The delay caused by transit among single vehicle closed loops, however, affected the throughput most significantly. Therefore, how to partition work stations into cells is an important issue given minimal intercell moves. The study is expected to strengthen the robustness in system design and improve the effectiveness in system application. |
