中文摘要 | 無人自動搬運車系統 (AGVS) 應用於物料搬運的績效已獲得證實,唯對整個工廠採格子式 (lattice) 迴圈路徑設計,會增加控制的複雜度,同時也使原群組佈置的物料流更加混亂。 本研究在不改變彈性製造工廠設備佈置的原則下,考慮將所有機器群運用0-1整數規劃演算法,分割為數個獨立且不重疊的單迴圈群,使得群間的轉換頻率達到最少,並利用PROMOD且軟體進行系統建構、模擬,以評估區域式無人搬運車的績效問題。模擬結果顯示,經由分割後的單迴圈群,物料流較為順暢,其工件的平均流程時間也隨著減少。此研究之實施打破以往格子式迴路設計方式,將群組佈置的工廠以群組的AGVS來設計之,對於實務的運用應有所幫助。 |
英文摘要 | The applications of Automated Guided Vehicle Systems (AGVS) on material handling in Flexible Manufacturing Systems (FMS) are verified While lattice path design increases the complexity of traffic control and confuses the material flow of the group layout. So this paper develope an 0-1 integer programming formulation to reorganize the AGV flow path lavout into unoverlapping single loop groups with an objective of minimizing the converting frequencies between groups. The PROMODEL software is alsoused to establish the system structure, simulate and evaluate the performance of trandem AGVS. As the result of simulation, the divided single loop groups make the material flow more smoothing and the mean flow time is reduced simulaneously. It is helpful in practice to divide AGVS into single loop groups instead of using the lattice path design. |
