中文摘要 | 本研究提出一個評估資訊部門績效的整體指標,並且以中華徵信所八十四年出版的一千大企業名錄為抽樣樣本,針對營業收入指標選取排名前五橋大製造業、服務業及排名前一百大金融業,進行問卷調查,試圖探索國內大型企業資訊部門褣行績效評估的實況,並探討不同產業特性對其資訊部門績效評估的差異程度,結果發現國內大型企業對於資訊部門進行績效評估的情形並不普遍,而擔任資訊部門績效評估的專責人員的所需的條件皆為大專程度並且對於資訊部門相關的工作或產業特性要有相當的瞭解。企業對於績效評估指標在重視程度與實際執行使用上,整體而言並無顯著差異。並且發現不同的產業特性對於績效評估指標有顯著的差異,不論是資訊部門在策略方面的影響、財務的貢獻、作業的效率及資訊的品質方面,金融業皆較其他產業為重視。 |
英文摘要 | This study attempts to identify an integrated model composed of the factors used for evaluating IS department administration performance in Taiwan's large-scale organizations. A questionnaire was developed and distributed to the IS managers of 1100 companies in the manufacturing, service, and financial industries. Since there was a lack of information regarding the performance evaluators, a snow-ball approach was warranted. The IS managers were asked to distribute the questionaire to those conducting performance evaluations. The performance of current evaluation practices were discussed. Results showed that expected evaluation practices were not conducted as commonly as had originally been supposed. In summary, there was no significant difference between the perception of and the fashion in which evaluations were conducted. Furthermore, results showed that financial corporations pay more attention to performance evaluations that do other industries. |
