中文摘要 | 在現今高等教育機構供過於求的情況下,各大學皆需增強競爭力才能永續經營,而 透過良好關鍵績效指標(KPI)的建立,可呈現出織績效變化,以做為改善參考,進而增 加其競爭力。本研究採個案研究法以淡江大學資訊中心為研究對象,利用訪談、問卷、 敘述性統計分析、導入運作,探討大學資訊中心實際可用之KPI,以做為各部門主要業 務績效參考。研究主要成果如下: 1.本研究將淡江大學資訊中心過去較主觀的績效衡量方式,轉換成較客觀的量化指標來評估,並 為各部門選擇5-6個KPI,以便作為整體績效評估之參考。 2.大學資訊中心KPI的選定確實非常困難,常會遇到例外狀況及作業差異困擾 |
英文摘要 | Since the supply exceeds the demand in all the higher education institutions, for business continuity there is a necessity to enhance their competitiveness. Setting up good KPIs not only displays the changes of Key performance in the organization, but also is a reference of improvement, and at the same time, it further enhances its competitiveness. By adopting case study method, by means of using interview and questionnaire, and adopting a description statistic analysis method, this study focuses on key performance indicators of information processing center in Tamkang University. The first achievements of this research is turning the former subjective method of performance measurement of Tamkang University into objective and quantitative indications, and selecting 5-6 KPIs as reference for defferent departments while evaluating performance. The second, providing this school and others references while executing KPI measurement. |
