| 中文摘要 | 以訂單需求為導向之製造環境中,由於外在需求的急遽改變,滿足交期 日乃成為執行生產計劃時所面臨的最大困難之一。傳統的物料需求計劃(Material Requirements Planning;MRP)系統,由於受下列兩內外在因素影響:(1)無限產能負荷 的假設作後推排程 (2)訂單需求的變動,使得由MRP所產生之生產計劃大多需要 重排,以滿足訂單交期日的要求。傳統的產能批量法則(Capacitated Lot-Sizing)針 對MRP系統無限產能負荷的不合理假設加以改進,將MRP與CRP結合,以降低生 產成本為主要目標規劃生產批量。然而,就訂單需求為導向之製造環境而言,訂 單遲延為一不可完全排除之狀況,且訂單遲延往往導致重大損失,所以生產計劃 應將訂單遲延極小化與降低生產成本同時列為考量因素。 本研究以訂單需求導向之零工製造系統為研究範圍,提出一遲延極小化的產能批 量規劃模式,以決定每一生產期間之生產批量。本研究所提之模式將滿足訂單交 期日和降低成本兩因素同時納入考量,在有限產能的條件下,以整批或批量分割 (Lot-Splitting)的方式,前後移動需求產能,以達訂單遲延極小化的目標;同時以提 高前期產能利用率的方法來解決部門間工作負荷不平衡的問題。 |
| 英文摘要 | Because of the uncertainty of customer orders in order-driven manufacturing systems, thesatisfication of order due dates is one of the most difficult problems to cope with. In order to satisfy the due date requirements, most production plans generated from the traditional material requirements planning (MRP) system need to be rescheduled. It is because of its infinite capacity assumption and the effect of order variations. In this research, a refined capacitated lot-sizing method in minimizing the total tardiness for order driven job shop manufacturing systems is developed. This method relaxes the unrealistic assumption of infinite capacity in MRP by coupling MRP and capacity requirement planning (CRP) together while taking both the factors of due-date satisfyication and production cost reduction into consideration at the same time. Under the finite capacity constraint, this proposed method determines suitable lot sizes for each period by moving capacity requirements forward and backward. |
