| 中文摘要 | 本論文由於教育部交付本校主辦北區私立專科學校人事研討會,我引用一種科學 性與實際性運算理論,來應付現存人事結構,所面臨之異常問題,提出解決方式及實際成果 。 本文所持之獨自創見有四點: 1.第一次主辦人事業務研討,以品管圈之方式做一種標準模式。 2.彙整私立專科學校人事室,三十五條相關提案,供與會同仁參考。 3.按人事業務之敏感性,提出十二項實施準則,供主辦學校依循。 4.以 QCC 技巧建立本文研究之人事預算模式,供各校在人事聘用上靈活運用。 由本文結論之圖解,可瞭解本校教師人數每年增加百分比,還在持續成長,這並沒有超過需 求人數,是屬於正常性的增長,且依現有私立與公立學校之人事狀況,做實際的比較,這一 套計算方式,提出來供各校,今後核算人力分配的分析與運用途徑。 |
| 英文摘要 | It is our honor to direct the conference of private Junior college personnel affairs of northern district assigned by the Ministry of Education. I adopted a scientific and practical calculation theory to deal with the abnormal problems of contemporary personnel construction we are facing and advanced the solutions and the actual outcome on those issues. My four original ideas in this paper are as followings: 1. Being the first time that the conference of personnel affairs use QCC technique as a criterion. 2. Compiled the 35 related proposals submitted by all of the offices of private junior college personnel affairs and presented them to our honorable conference members. 3. Proposed 12 operational guidelines by the sensitivities of the personnel affairs as the references for all of the members in this conference. 4. Established QCC report form for future simulation usage. By looking the exhibit of conclusion in this paper. You could see that the percentage of our school teachers is still growing every year. However, the supply did not exceed demand. it is a normal growth rate. Therefore I am glad to present this calculation method to all of you as a principle to analyze and utilize the checking and ratification on the human resources allocation. |
