中文摘要 | 時下臺灣的經濟發展由於長期重視資本的累積而忽視成果的合理分配,造成最近勞資雙方在互動上的認知落差,產業民主也於此時被提出。由於產業民主是個抽象的集合概念,它所欲表達的客體又是充滿了錯綜複雜關係的企業,因此,很難用簡短的敘述來說明。本論文嘗試以解構的方式將產業民主以及其所賴以實施的企業,從深層結構面分析,並從管理的機制及權力的行使角度來探討此制度何以能落實於企業本體並運作之。本文亦引用德國的實例加以說明。 |
英文摘要 | The concept' industrial democracy' is no longer an abstract or abstruse not in. In fact, the history of its development is more than one hundred years. It has been implemented in institutions and legal and bureaucratic organizations. This thesis attempts to analyze the organization of industrial democracy by means of its spirit and from the angle of structure as well as industrial regulations. In the process of exploring its structure, the thesis will focus on the implementations of industrial democracy. In other words how can the industrial democracy run so well in a profit-oriented corporation? Besides, the thesis will explore the background that generates the regulations, the operative models, and their effects on the implementation of industrial democratization. |
