| 中文摘要 | 本省栽培之唐菖蒲,葉尖焦枯之現象相當普遍與嚴重,其成因主要為 氟或氯之為害。為解決這個問題,本試驗在盆栽條件之下,以Wig's Sensation品 種(Gladiolus grandiflora)為材料,探討過磷酸鈣與磷礦石粉之危害性。結果顯示 無論是過磷酸鈣或磷礦石粉均會危害,危害的程度與用量成正比。在磷酐量相同 之條件下,過磷酸鈣之危害性顯著的高於磷礦石粉。經以離子層析儀分析結果, 葉片中氟與氯之含量,施過磷酸鈣者高於施磷礦石粉者,施肥量越多,葉片中氟 與氯之含量也越高,這些變化與葉片焦枯之程度呈現一致的趨勢。據此得知在沒 有更好的選擇之下,栽培唐菖蒲施用之磷肥,除適量外,應考慮以磷礦石粉代替 過磷酸鈣,以減少葉片發生焦枯。 |
| 英文摘要 | Gladiolus leaf scorch was very popular and serious in Taiwan. It was induced by F- and Cl-. In order to solve this problem, this experiment was conducted by using potted Wig's Sensation (Gladiolus grandiflora) to compare the injury potential of calcium superphosphate and rock phosphate to the leaf scorch. The results showed that both calcium superphosphate and rock phosphate induced leaf scorch of gladiolus. The level of leaf scorch was positively related to the rate of phosphate fertilizer. In the same rate of P2O5 applied, leaf scorch induced by calcium superphosphate was significantly higher than rock phosphate did. Ion chromatograph analysis of leaf showed that the calcium superphosphate application resulted in higher F- and Cl- content than the rock phosphate application. Additionary, the higher rate of phosphate fertilizer applied led to higher content of F- and Cl- in leaf. These analysis results had a similar trend related to the level of leaf scorch. According to these results, it revealed that choicing rock phosphate as phosphate fertilizer in proper rate was a better way to decrease leaf scorch of gladiolus. |
