英文摘要 | The main purpose of this technical reporting is on introducing the casting technique of "high Si-Mo ductile cast iron". In trying early to obtain a good casting, We need to understand the general properties of ductile cast iron, such as better fluid flowability; shrinkage tendency on casting; the cause of dross happened; the reason of feeding occurrence; pinhole sourcing; all need to deeply study, to pay more attention on melting practice and notice the characteristic of Si and Mo element. They are well illustrated. Finally taking out a simple report about the problem encountered and its treating method during developing the subject part. In addition, We expect this report can induce more followers could participate together to enhance our casting field technique. |
