中文摘要 | 教師判斷在資優鑑定上一向是一項重要而且天有用的資源。所以,教 師判斷之可靠性和有效性的研究是絕對不容忽視的。本文從文獻來探討教師判斷 的精確性。結果發現「非結構化」的教師判斷是不精確的;反之,「結構化」的 教師判斷則相當的精確。其次,探討了教師對資優的知覺以及教師判斷資優困難 的原因。最後,更指出教師判斷在未來資優輔導上應扮演更為積極的角色。 |
英文摘要 | Teacher judgment is an important and useful source in identifying thegifted. Therefore, it is crucial to study the efficiency and effectiveness of teacher identification of the gifted. In this article, a literature review of accuracy ofteacher judgment in identifying the gifted was provided. The review found that "nonstructural" teacher judgment was inaccurate; in constrast, "structural" teacher judgment was accurate. Moreover, the teacher perception of the gifted and the difficulties of teacher judgment were investigated. Finally) it was discussed that inthe future teacher judgment should play a more active role in identifying andguiding the gifted. |
