| 中文摘要 | 為瞭解本省主要高粱栽培品種雜交高粱臺中五號幼苗雜種優勢之生理基礎, 本試驗以種植於砂土盆栽中之雜交高粱臺中五號及其二親本(父本2R及母本80A) 之四葉期幼苗植株為材料,調查全株、地上部及地下部之生長與乾物質累積變化 ,並進一步針對地上部第四葉片與光合作用相關之生理性狀以及地下部種子根及 不定根一些生理性狀進行調查分析,試驗結果發現雜交高粱臺中五號在全株、地 上部及地下部乾物質累積能力及生長速率上表現19∼31%之雜種優勢。此種雜 種優勢主要是雜交高粱臺中五號比親本具有較高之光合作用速率、Rubisco活性 及葉片水分傳導度以及具有比較強健之根系所致,同時其葉片可以提供比較充足 之光合產物供給根部的生長。 |
| 英文摘要 | In order to explore the physiological basis of heterosis expression of hybrid sorghum Taichung 5 seedling, the hybrid sorghum Taichung 5 and its parental lines, 2R and 80A, were planted in sand-filled pots and the seedling at stage V4 were used as materials. The growth and dry matter accumulation of whole plant, shoot, and root were investigated. In addition, photosynthesis of the 4th leaf and some of physiological characters of seminal and adventitious roots were measured. The results indicated hybrid sorghum Taichung 5 expressed about 19 to 31% of heterosis about the dry matter accumulation and growth rate of whole plant, shoot, and root. The heterosis of hybrid sorghum Taichung 5 were resulted from some specific physiological traits, including higher photosynthesis rate, Rubisco activity, leaf water conductance, and combined with stronger root system, as well as abundance photosynthate translocated from shoot system to root system. |
