中文摘要 | 為進行‘女王星’與‘銘星’甜椒育苗及栽培技術改進試驗,利用三種植物生長物質(Plant Growth Substances; PGS),即施用可促進根群發育之根毛王(即立石3號,‘銘星’用3000X, ‘女王星’用5000X)、可防止病害發生之疫防射二號(OHYA-2,1000X),及可促進側技之生長與發育之快樂頌(1500X)等植物生長素,結果顯示於‘女王星’舙椒幼苗期第三片本葉展開前施用根毛王兩次,可顯著促進地下部根數及根毛之發生,但幼苗之地上部無顯著差異,而‘銘星’幼苗之地上部生長,可被施用3000X根毛王顯著促進。‘女王星’甜椒隔週施用PGS(根毛王2000X及OHYA-2各施2次,其後施快樂頌三次),開花與結果期提早10日,促進早期結果量,且總產量可增加83%,此因單果重顯著提高,果肉較厚及果數增加所致。PGS處理之‘銘星’甜椒大果長增加,導致果重亦顯著增加。生長素處理植株在露地栽培施用後,可減少病毒病及細菌性斑點病之發生,但較易罹患細菌性軟腐病、炭疽病與白粉病等病害,建議在生長之中、後期仍應每月施用疫防射二號以防病害。採收後之舙椒以冰箱貯藏,對照組約可存7日,而經PGS處理之甜椒可貯存14天以上。 |
英文摘要 | For the cultivation of ‘Queen Star’ and ‘Ming Star’ pepper (Capsicam annumnm L..) seedlings and the cultivation improvement trials, three plant growth substances (PGS) were applied. Among them, Lysine #3root inducer (dilution for 5000X) could promote the development of root hairs. OHYA-2 (1000X) cold prevent the infection of diseases, while Happy-Gro (1500X) could simulate the growth and development of lateral branches. Results showed that before the extending of the 3rd leaf, for ‘Queen Star’ pepper plant, the twice application of Lysine #3 (5000 X) could highly enhance the root number and root hair formation. But the appearance of the seedlings showed non-significant difference. While shoot growth of ‘Ming Star’ pepper seedlings was highly enhanced by the treatment of Lysine #3 (3000 X, twice). After planting the seedlings into field soil, PGS were separately applied (Lysine #3, 2000X and OHYA-2 twice; Happy-Gro, 3 times). The plants showed 10 days earlier flowering and fruiting. The PGS treated ‘Queen Star’ pepper plants produced earlier fruits than the control and increased fruit numbers and 83% of fruit fresh weights. The yield was increased due to the heavier weight of each fruit with thicker fruit pulp and more fruit numbers. The PGS treated ‘Ming Star’ pepper fruit length and fruit weight were higher than the control. The PGS treated plants showed less virus and bacterial spot diseases in the field but there were higher percentage of anthracnose, bacterial soft not and powdery mildew diseases occurred in the PGS treated plants than the control one. Thus the monthly application of OHYA-2 in mid term and later growing stage were recommended. The control pepper fruits could be stored in refrigerator for about 7 days, while the PGS treated fruits could last for more than 14 days. |
