中文摘要 | 循環水養殖系統中,氨氮之除相當重要,並常以沉浸式生物濾床除氨。生物濾床 設計及操作之主要參數為進流水之pH值及水力停留時間(HRT)。本研究以一小型生物濾床與 一循環水養鰻系統並聯操作以探討進流水之pH值(6.5-8.0)及水力停留時間(10-50min) 對生物濾床除氨效率之影響。結果顯示氨氮去除率隨pH值及HRT之增加而增加,於pH值8.0 及HRT 50 min時達最大值(91.2 %)。但氨之毒性由分子態氨決定,而分子態氨之濃度隨氨 濃度隨氨濃度及pH值改變;因此,於一循環水養鰻系統中,其生物濾床之操作條件不可單純 依據氨氮去除率決定,而必需一併考慮處理水之pH 值及殘留於水中具毒性之分子態氨濃 度。因此,若以符合鰻魚養殖系統之整體要求為標準(pH值適當及分子態氨氮濃度低),貝 生物濾床之最佳操作條件為pH 7.5及HRT 50 mon。 |
英文摘要 | Laboratory scale submerged biofilters were operated, in parallel with a recirculating eel culture system, under the operating conditions of pH between 6.5 and 8.0 and of hydraulic retention time (HRT) between 10 and 50 min. The ammonia removal ratio of the biofilters were investigated. The results showed that the ammonia removal ratio increased when the pH values of influent increased from 6.5 to 8.0 and the HRT increased from 10 to 50 min. The highest ammonia removal ratio was 91.2 % when the pH was at 88.0 and HRT was 50 min. For and eel culture system, the operating strategy of a biofilter would not be decided simply by the ammonia removal ratio, but together with the pH and toxic unionized ammonia residual. If the over all requirements of eel culture system, i.e. a suitable pH and a low unionized ammonia concentration in culture tank, were considered then the most suitable operating condition would be the pH at 7.5 and the HRT in 50 min. |
