中文摘要 | 本文利用銷盤試件進行邊界潤滑實驗,在不同負荷、表面粗度與潤滑油黏度下探討油膜剪力、黏附力、犁耕力與操作條件之關係。結果顯示:邊界潤滑之磨擦力可由犁耕力、油膜剪力與黏附力組合近似之。黏附磨擦佔總磨擦係數百分比隨負荷的增加而減少,犁耕磨擦分量則隨著負荷增加而增加。犁耕磨擦主要受潤滑油黏度與波峰斜率影響,潤滑油黏度愈小或波峰斜率愈大均會造成犁耕磨擦上升。邊界潤滑起動磨擦主要受犁耕力影響,油膜剪力是三項影響較小者,其中起動磨擦主要受粗度影響,在相同條件下,粗度愈大起動磨擦愈大。 |
英文摘要 | Using a pin-on-disk testing machine, the experiment investigates the effects of applied load, surface roughness, and oil viscosity on the film shear, adhesive force, and plowing force in boundary lubrication. The experimental results show that the friction force between boundary-lubricated surfaces is the sum of the plowing force, film shear, and adhesive force. The contribution of the adhesive friction to the overall friction decreases as load increases. The ratio of plowing component to total friction increases with an increase in load. The oil viscosity and asperity slope has the dominant effect on the plowing force. Larger asperity slop or smaller oil viscosity will result in larger plowing friction. The primary initial friction mechanism in boundary lubrication is plowing. Film shear between the sliding surfaces contributes the least percent to the initial friction force. They key parameter for initial friction in boundary lubrication is the surface roughness, and larger roughness value produces the larger initial friction. |
