中文摘要 | 本研究目的在比較不同衛教方式,對經導管電氣灼燒術患者術前焦慮程度、術前認知程度之影響,及探討認知程度與焦慮程度間關係。研究方法採前實驗設計,以立意取樣法,收集某醫學中心第一次行經導管電氣灼燒術、識字且能以國語溝通者,共收案61人。其中錄影帶衛教組31人,一對一口頭衛教組30人。所得資料以描述性分析、t-test、paired t-test、one way ANOVA、Pearson積差相關等方法來分析;結果發現研究對象之特質焦慮與術前情境焦慮程度多屬中、高程度,兩組兩病患之衛教後認知程度均顯著提高,口頭衛教組衛教後情境焦慮得分顯著降低,錄影帶組則無顯著差異;認知程度與焦慮程度間無顯著相關。綜合以上結果建議,衛前衛教對患者是必要的,由於護理人力不足、工作量繁重,使得護理人員沒有充分時間提供衛教,雖然錄影帶無法取代個人,然而錄影帶教學仍是一個很有用的衛教方法,但在觀看錄影帶後,應鼓勵病人提出疑問與感受,予以澄清及支持以達最佳之衛教效果。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study are to evaluate the effectiveness of two preparatory education programs on knowledge and anxiety levels of patients having Radiofrequency Catheter Ablation, and to examine the relationship between these two levels. A pre-experimental, pretest-posttest design was used. A non-randomized selection of literate, Chinese speaking subjects, scheduled to undergo their first Radiofrequency Catheter Ablation were chosen. Patients in group A (N=31) viewed a 15 minute videotape, while group B (N=30) listened to 15 minute one to one oral teaching. Both groups of patients were evaluated for their levels of state-trait anxiety and knowledge of ablation. The data was analyzed by descriptive analysis, paired t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, t-test, and multiple regression. The results indicated most subjects' state-trait anxiety level to be moderate to severe, although all subjects' knowledge increased significantly. Only patients in group B showed significant reduction in state anxiety. These findings suggest although videotape teaching can not substitute face to face teaching, it still proves to be a useful method. But after videotape teaching, nursese need to give adequate support, answer all of their questions and encourage patients to express their feeling to obtain the best result. |
