中文摘要 | 因應汽車輕量化,高強度冷軋鋼片之使用量勢必增加。抗拉強度大於340MPa(或YS大於210MPa)者可視為高強度鋼片,其強化機構可分為固溶強化,固溶+析出強化,複合組織強化,組織強化,加工強化,烘烤硬化等六種。固溶強化主要添加P、Si、Mn,強度可達550MPa。固溶+析出強化強度可提高至800MPa,其中Cu-IF鋼退火後r值約2.0,強度約400MPa,在550℃熱處理後強度可提高至600MPa。雙相鋼視成份及製程的調整可產製強度超過1000MPa者。TRIP鋼利用殘留沃斯田鐵的變態誘起塑性,強度達1000MPa時,伸長率仍保持在30℃以上。超高強度鋼經退火急速冷卻後得到回火麻田散鐵,其強度可達1500MPa,可做為汽車保險桿補強材。加工強化材強度雖可達1000MPa,但伸長率低,須經回復處理方可增加用途。烘烤硬化型鋼片經170℃20分鐘烘烤處理後,YS約可提高50MPa,增加抗凹性,通常做為汽車外板。 |
英文摘要 | High strength steel sheets are used increasingly in automobile industry to reduce the weight of vehicles. High strength steel sheets can be defined as tensile strength greater than 340MPa or yield strength greater than 210MPa. The strengthening mechanisms include solid solution hardening, precipitation hardening, structure hardening, work hardening and bake hardening. Phosphorous, silicon and manganese are main solid solution elements to increase the steel strength to 550MPa. Precipitation hardening accompanying with solid solution hardening can further increase the steel strength to 800MPa. Cu-added high strength if steel with r-value being 2.0 and tensile strength being 400MPa could be obtained after annealing. The tensile strength will increase up to 600MPa by aging at 550℃. Dual phase steel with tensile strength greater than 1000MPa can be produced by choosing proper compositions and processing parameters. The transformation induced plasticity (TRIP) in TRIP steel causes tensile strength reach 1000MPa with elongation over 30%. Ultra high strength steel can be produced by annealing and followed by rapid cooling. The microstructure is tempered martensite and the strength can reach as high as 1500MPa. The applications of this steel include door impact beams and rear bumper supports in vehicles. Because the strength of work hardening steel is quite high, the elongation is only 2~3%. As a result, the application of this steel is limited without recovering treatment. Furthermore, bake hardening steel sheet is usually used as outer panel in vehicles. The strength increases about 50MPa after baking at 170℃ for 20 minutes leading to better dent resistance. |
