中文摘要 | 相鋼所具有低降伏強度、低附伏比、高延伸率以及高加工破化性等特質,非常適合非衝壓性汽車外板之使用。晚近,以連續退火方式來產製此類鋼材,更可藉由冷卻過程的調整以控制恰當的固溶碳、氮含量,使具有良好的烘烤硬比性能取決於固溶碳、氮含量的多寡。然而,晶粒組織相的不同亦會造成影響效應的變異。本文以內耗測試,對於鋼片在加工成形與烘烤理前後由固溶碳、氮原子所造成之Snoek峰及固溶碳、氮原子和差排交互作用所形成之Snoek-Koster峰值,對烘烤硬化值之影響作一詳盡之探討。由研究中發現,在烘烤處理前後由固溶碳、氮原子和差排交互作用所徵成之Snoek-Koster峰值變化,對烘烤硬化值之影響具一更為線性之關係。 |
英文摘要 | Dual-phase cold-rolled steel sheet with the superior properties, including low yield strength, low yield ratio, high elongation and high work-hardenability, is the promising steel product for non-drawing type automobile out panels. Production of this kind of steel sheet using modern continuously annealing process can fully dissolve a proper amount of free carbon and nitrogen to further induce the bake-harenable property, thus, improving it’s surface dent resistance. In general, bake-hardenability is a function of solute carbon and nitrogen content. However, the detail of grain microstructures may make deviation in this effect. In this study, the changes of Snoek peak resulted by solutes C, N and Snoek-Koster peak height came from the interaction between solutes C, N and dislocations among the as-annealed, prestrained and the finally baked conditions were investigated. It is found that a linear relationship can be established to related the bake-hardenability with the increase of Snoke-Koster peak height after baking treatment. |
