中文摘要 | 本研究主要探討氮肥用量對指草屬種間雜交種Survenola (Digitaria x umfolozi Hall)葉片生長、產量及氮素利用效率之影響。於嘉義農專農場進行田間試驗,氮肥用量分為四級(0、100、150、200 kg/ha/cut),收穫後一週施用,全年共收獲三次,施肥三次。氮肥施用,明顯影響Survenola的株高、葉數及單株葉面積的變化。隨氮肥用量增加,植體氮素總吸收量亦隨之增加,但施150 kg N/ha/cut與200 kg N/ha/cut氮素吸收的變化趨勢幾乎一致。Survenola的氮素利用效率(kg dw/kg N applied)及氮素吸收效率(kg N of plant/ kg N applied)不因氮肥用量而異,但氮素應用效率(kg dw/kg N of plant)則隨氮肥用量增加而顯著降低。每年施450kg/ha氮肥的乾物產量為31.8t/ha,較300kg/ha及600kg/ha處理的總產量高,但差異未達顯著水準(LSD□=6.1)。氮肥用量(X, kg/ha/year)與產量(Y, t/ha)之間呈二次曲線變化,二次方程式為Y=17.09+0.06X-5.9x10⁻⁵X²,R²=0.7303。由二次方程得知,當每年施肥量為500kg/ha時,Survenola的產量最高,因此建議Survenola每年的氮肥用量以500kg/ha為宜。 |
英文摘要 | The objectives of this study were to examine the influence of N fertilizer rates on leaf growth, forage yield, N concentration and N use efficiency of digitgrass "Survenola" (Digitaria x umfolozi Hall). "Survenola" is an interspecific hybrid (D. setivalva x D. valida) and a vegetatively propagated hexploid with 6x=54 chromosomes. Four levels (9, 100, 150, 200 kg/ha/cut) of N fertilizer were applied as urea after one week of harvest. Total harvest times were three per year. There was significantly difference in plant height, leaf number and leaf area per tiller between N treatment. The rates of N fertilizer increased the content of N uptake but the change was similar between the treatments of 150 and 200kg/ha/cut. The N use efficiency (kg dw/kg N applied) that relative to control was not significantly different between N treatment. To increase the levels of N fertilizer did not influence on N uptake efficiency (kg N of plant/kg N applied) but decreased N utilization efficiency (kg dw/kg N of plant). Total dry weight of 450 kg/ha/year treatment was 31.8 t/ha that was not different among nitrogen treatment, except control. Express yield as a function of N fertilizer rates resulted in quadratic prediction equations, Y=17.09+0.06X-5.9x10⁻⁵X, where X and Y expressed in per year units of kg/ha and t/ha and R²=0.7303. From the results, N fertilizers applied were annually 500 kg/ha could obtain maximal yield. |
