| 中文摘要 | 本研究嘗試去建立阿里山公路邊坡破壞與雨量間之關係。希望本研究結果能對將 來發展山崩警告系統有所助益。 本研究收集了大約 10 年之雨量與邊坡破壞資料,雨量資料來自靠近公路沿線之氣象站,邊 坡破壞資料則來自公路局維修單位。另外也做了岩坡之地形及地質量測工作。 本研究發現兩個重要之成果:其一是如果岩坡以 SMR (.Slope Mass Rating )方法來代表 其穩定度,則 SMR 值愈高之邊坡有需要愈高之雨量來產生破壞之趨勢; 其二則是阿里山公 路沿線邊坡破壞發生率可以下式表示之: 發生率(%)= 20.59 + 1.28I + 0.11P 其中I:某一場降雨中最大之三小時期間雨量之平均時雨量,以 mm/hr 表示;P:累積雨量 ,以 mm 表示。並且只有當累積雨量大於 80mm 時才會產生崩塌。 |
| 英文摘要 | This project attempts to correlate the relationship between slope failure occurrence time and rainfall data along the A-Li-San Highway of Taiwan. It is believed that the results of this study will help to establish a landslide warning system in the future. About ten years' worth of data on rainfall and slope failure obtained from weather stations near the highway and highway maintenance unit have been collected and analyzed. Field measurements were carried out to determine the geological and topographical data of the rock slopes both for failed and unfailed slopes. This study yields two important result. First, the SMR (slope mass rating) method can be used to classify the stability of natural rock slopes along the highway. Statistically, the higher the SMR values of the rock slopes, the larger amount of rainfall is required to fail them. The SMR values corrected with the height-steepness factor show even better result. The second important result of this study is that the occurrence rate of slope failure along A-Li-San Highway can be expressed by the following formula: Occurrence Rate (%)=20.59+1.28I+0.11P where I=the maximum 3-hour duration rainfall intensity of a rainstorm, in mm/hr; P=cumulative rainfall, in mm. Nevertheless the slope failure is only expected to occur when the cumulative rainfall is greater than 80 mm for a rainstorm. |
