中文摘要 | 本研究旨在瞭解教師專業自主知覺與教師組織功能需求的現況,並分析教師專業自主知覺與教師組織功能需求的關聯。 研究採問卷調查法,受試包括台閩地區180所公私立國民小學的1735位教師。研究工具有教師專業自主知覺量表及教師組織功能需求量表二式。回收問卷經統計處理獲得以下結論: 1.國民小學教師已具有高度的教師專業自主知覺,唯在教師應免於外力干預的知覺上略嫌不足。 2.國民小學教師對教師組織功能具有高度的需求。 3.國民小學教師專業自主知覺與教師組織功能需求有密切的關聯。 根據研究所得,本研究分別對教育 (學校) 行政機構、教師會、國民小學教師提出多項建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study were to understand the reality of teachers' perception of professional autonomy and teachers' needs of teachers organization functions, and to examine the. Re-lationship between teachers' perception of professional autonomy and teachers' needs of teachers organization functions. Questionnaire survey was used in this study for collecting data. The survey subjects included a total number of 1,735 teachers randomly selected from 180 elementary school in Taiwan area. Two survey instruments were developed by the research in-cluding. Teachers' Perception of Professional Autonomy Scale. and Needs of Teachers Organization Functions Sclae. Results of data analysis showed that: 1. elementary school teachers rated high teachers' perception of professional autonomy. while rated medium on the sub-dimension of free of external interruption. 2.elementary school teachers demonstrated high needs to teachers organization functions. 3. significant relationship existed between teachers' professional autonomy and needs of teachers organization functions. Based on the study results, the author presents feasible recommendations for the departments of educational administration, teachers organizations, and elementary school teachers. |
