中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討小學教師角色知覺差距的來源。本研究兼採文獻探討、半結構晤 談、及調查等方法,進行資料蒐集。透過文獻探討及半結構晤談,以發展評量國民小學教師角 色知覺差距來源之工具,並以228位小學教師為對象進行預試,根據研究發現提出「教師理想 角色與實際角色差距來源」包括「角色負荷」、「個人志趣不符」、「角色無能和限制」、及「角 色模糊」四因素,四個因素之累積解釋量為62.8%,α係數分別為.7263、.8063、.5962、.7782, 總層面之□係數則為.8362,顯示本量表之效度、信度尚佳。最後,並根據研究發現,提出「正 視國民小學教師角色差距之來源並探討解決之道」及「應用國民小學教師角色知覺差距來源 量表於相關領域之實證研究中」兩項建議。 |
英文摘要 | The sources of the role discrepancy perceived by elementary school teachers were studied. According to literature search, a "Theoretical Model of Teacher Role Discrepancy" was constructed and a manuscript of "Scale of Sources of Role Discrepancy Perception" (SSRDP) was designed. This manuscript was revised by an investigation in which 228 samples were surveyed. The data were statistically analyzed by item analysis, factor analysis and internal consistency analysis. According to factor analysis, the SSRDP contains 4 factors including "role overload", "individual", "role incompetence and overqualification" and" role ambiguity". The SSRDP has validity and reliability with high commutative explained variation and Cronbach's α coefficients. |
