中文摘要 | 在多相系統中,以氯與釕氧化還原相轉移觸媒間接電氣化環已醇,探討反應過程中電流效率,轉化率,選擇性,及能量消耗的情形,並找出電流效率之最佳條件。實驗結果證明以石墨當工作電極時,電流效率可高達92%選擇性100%電流效率受通通量,攪拌速度,反應物濃度,pH值,溶劑,陽極材料等因素影響很大。電流密度,水油體積比,溫度,二氧化釕濃度,電解質以及相轉移觸煤等因素,對電流效率之影響較小。 |
英文摘要 | Indirect electrooxidation of cyclohexanol by using a double mediator consisting of ruthenium and chlorine redoxes in the multiphase system was studied. Factors which affected on current efficiency, conversion and energy consumption were explored. The highest current efficiency for the electrooxidation of cyclohexanol was 92% and selectivity was 100% when a graphite anode was used. The current efficiency was mainly affected by the amount of electricity passed, agitation, concentration of cyclohexanol, pH value, solvent and anode material. Furthermore, the current efficiency was slightly affected by current density, aqueous-organic ration, temperature, concentration of ruthenium dioxide, electrolyte and phase-transfer catalysts. |
