中文摘要 | 以組織演化的觀點來研究組織理論已漸漸引起學者的重視,但大部份的研究均偏 重於產業面的組織族群和組織群落的研究,只有少數的研究著力於微觀的組織內部的 探討。本文以微觀的組織演化理論觀點,來探討組織內部不同層級對組織變革的影 響。結論認為,組織的管理層級和作業層級均會推動組織的變革,兩者所推變革的 激烈程度,應有程度上的差異。變革若要能順利進行和成功,則要取得受變革影響的 層級之共識才行。 |
英文摘要 | The study on organizational evolution theory has been paid more and more attention by many organizational theorists recently. However, most of the evolutionary study has been focused on the industrial organizational populations and organizational communities. Only a small portion of studies was focused on the micro evolution of the individual organization. This article focuses on the influence of different levels of groups within an organization on the organizational changes. We argue that both managerial and operational levels may initiate organlizational changes with different degree of radicalness. To ensure the changes to be successful, the initiated level should gain the opinion congruence of the influenced level before the changes start. |
