中文摘要 | 在保護天然資源及有效利用燃煤廢棄物的前提下,飛灰混凝土將是營建工程的一 種趨勢。本研究之主要目的為利用超音波波速法探查飛灰混凝土28天試體之強度變化。採用 V-METER超音波檢測儀及54kHz接觸式直束探頭進行波速量測。混凝土圓柱試體直徑為10㎝長 20㎝,有六種不同水灰比,每一種水灰比又分成七種飛灰含量。研究結果顯示飛灰的添加量 與超音波波速成反比,此種現象與混凝土試體28天抗壓強度有相同的趨勢;飛灰混凝土試體 之單位重亦隨飛灰添加量的增加而降低;飛灰混凝土抗壓強度與波速間的關係和一般混凝土 有相近的趨勢線,但其指數次數較高,故飛灰的添加並不影響混凝土試體強度的超音波檢測 。 |
英文摘要 | For the purpose of resource recovery as well as protecting natural resources, the use of fly ash concrete is increasingly investigated recently. The purpose of this study is to investigate the 28-day compressive strength of fly ash concrete using the ultrasonic pulse velocity method with the instruments of ultrasonic tester (V-METER Type) and touched vertical-beam dictator (54kHz). A typical cylinder with a size of 10cm-diameter cross section by 20cm height is used to produce 126 concrete testers having respectively different combinations of cement content (w/c ratio) and fly ash content. The results are summarized twofold as follows. (1) Fly ash content is inversely proportioned to pulse velocity, the 28-day compressive strength, and unit weight of concrete, respectively. (2) The relationship between pulse velocity and strength for fly ash concrete is similar to the one for cement concrete. Thus, the ultrasonic pulse velocity can be used to determine the compressive strength of fly ash concrete as well as the one of cement concrete. |
